If there are items unavailable we will contact you via email to advise you. All online orders are posted there is no pick up available. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and posted to you. Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to refund change of mind items as long as the item has not been worn and tags are still attached. We understand that buying online is difficult so we offer flexibility in returning the items for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund or exchange is not available on sale items. If you wish to return an item for change of mind you will be required to pay for return postage and if you want an item returned to you please enclose a pre paid envelope for us to send the goods to you.
We are also happy to refund any item that is faulty. Simply return the item to us and we will either replace the item for you or process a full refund to your credit card if the item is no longer in stock. PLEASE INCLUDE A DESCRIPTION AS TO WHY THE GARMENT WAS FAULTY. If an item is faulty we will incur any postage costs to replace the item should a replacement be available. *Please note that any item on sale is non refundable and cannot be exchanged*
Exchanges will be accepted as long as you return the item/s to us including a full self addressed prepaid envelope suitable for us to return the goods to. Original postage cannot be refunded to you.
