Your patience on explaining, demonstrating and waiting with active and sunny attitude made me feel pleased and warm. I just wanted to say thank-you again for your PERFECT service today. Isabella absolutely loves her shoes, to the point they are still on her feet since she tried them in your store earlier. She is so impressed with them and has told me "I can not only run in them mum, but look how i can dance in them".
